Cornelia Cove LLC ("Cornelia Cove," "we," "us") builds apps that are designed to collect as little personal information as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the apps we publish, unless an app links to its own policy.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us for support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you.
• App diagnostics. Our apps may use Apple's built-in, opt-in crash reporting and analytics (App Store Connect). This data is aggregated by Apple and is not tied to your identity by us.
• Website. This website does not use cookies, trackers, or third-party analytics.

What we don't do

• We do not sell personal data — to anyone, ever.
• We do not show third-party advertising.
• We do not collect data we don't need to run our products.

Data stored in our apps

Unless an app's own documentation says otherwise, the content you create in our apps is stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Data retention

Support emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry. You may ask us to delete correspondence at any time.

Children's privacy

Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Since we hold very little, the fastest path is to email us and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
